In coaching sessions, I draw on various elements of my training as a coach, Naturopath and Holistic Nutritionist, and Breathwork practitioner and using cognitive restructuring strategies along with more intuitive work with the chakra system and mind body strategies to support you in aligning your thoughts to your goals, to identify and let go of the limiting beliefs or thought patterns which keep you feeling stuck as well as helping you to decode and understand the messages that your body is sending.
